1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The products marketed on the website www.ricamante.com are sold and invoiced by RicAmante, a company registered with the Rome Chamber of Commerce, with Italian VAT number and Company Register number RM – 1709148.

The Products offered for sale by RicAmante on its website are exclusively those displayed when the order is placed, as described in the relevant product information sheet. Product images on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only: as these are handmade products, each item is unique, and while RicAmante strives to accurately display the models and colors on the website, the actual product delivered to the Customer may vary slightly from those shown in the images.

2. HOW TO BUY

The Customer can place an Order by duly completing the order form available on the website and submitting it according to the instructions provided, after carefully reviewing the product specifications, the relevant price (including all applicable taxes and charges), and any shipping costs calculated based on the address provided by the Customer. The Customer can also request an invoice from RicAmante for the purchased Product, making sure to specify this in the “Notes on the order” box, where the Customer’s billing information will be entered.

RicAmante guarantees the security of all transactions through the use of highly advanced encryption services. For payments by credit/debit card, all details will be automatically sent via encrypted protocol to the bank providing remote electronic payment services. This data will not be used by the Seller except to process the purchase or issue refunds in the event of returns in accordance with the exercise of the right of return, or to report cases of fraud to the police.

RicAmante will confirm that the Order has been correctly received by sending the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.

3. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped on weekdays, excluding local holidays and warehouse closures. Delivery times are approximate and may vary from 5 to 10 business days. Under certain circumstances, delivery may take longer.

We ship to all locations within the selected country, except Poste Resistencia and PO Boxes.

Once the items have shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number. If the order contains multiple items, they may ship at different times. The customer will receive a tracking number for each item.

4. RETURNS

Customers may return any item purchased on RicAmante.com within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to info@ricamante.com, specifying whether they wish to receive a refund or exchange the item. Returns must be made according to the procedures communicated by RicAmante and will not incur additional costs for the customer.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition (not worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way), with tags still attached, and all accessories and packaging included.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the site and will take effect immediately.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
